Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Call Center Agents to join our on-site team in Batangas City. As a frontline representative, you will be responsible for managing both outbound and inbound calls, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting sales or campaign goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls for surveys, lead generation, event invitations, and sales
- Handle inbound calls to address inquiries or convert leads into sales
- Update customer data using CRM software
- Respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Create reports using Microsoft Office and Google Drive
- Meet service level agreements and performance targets
- Perform other administrative or campaign-related duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Willing to work on-site in Batangas City
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills
- Customer-focused and adaptable to different personalities
- Quick learner and resourceful
- No BPO experience required; fresh graduates are welcome
