NOW HIRING: CALL CENTER AGENT (ON-SITE)
Job Description:
- Make outbound calls for surveys, lead generation, event invitations, and/or sales
- Handle inbound calls to resolve customer inquiries or close leads/sales
- Perform data entry to update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
- Respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Generate reports using Microsoft Office and Google Drive
- Meet defined service level agreements
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be willing to work on-site in Batangas City
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
- Customer-oriented and adaptable to various personalities
- Quick learner and resourceful
- No BPO experience required – fresh graduates are welcome to apply
