We are seeking a dedicated and professional Car Park Supervisor to manage the daily operations of our car park facility. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a focus on efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including supervising staff, managing daily operations, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train car park staff, managing shift schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
- Oversee the daily functions of the car park, including monitoring equipment like entry/exit barriers and payment machines.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and disputes with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Enforce all car park rules and regulations to ensure smooth traffic flow and safety.
- Maintain accurate records related to daily revenue, occupancy, and incident reports.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and address maintenance or safety issues.
- Uphold high standards of safety, cleanliness, and security throughout the facility.
- Respond to and manage emergency situations, following established protocols.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or operations role is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to problem-solve and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and system management.
- Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including weekends and holidays.
