We are looking for a cashier for a new restaurant located inside Lima Estates who will be mainly responsible for the following:
- Handling cash, credit card and other forms of payment and ensuring total payments and total sales are reconciled on a daily basis.
- Point of contact for customers and are responsible for answering questions, providing menu recommendations, making reservations, take-outs and assisting with any issues or complaints that may arise
- Managing customer orders and communicating with kitchen staff ensuring the orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Ensuring the cashier station is clean and provide assistance to ensure that dining area is clean and presentable.
- Recording of daily sales transactions
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
- At least 1 year experience in high-volume restaurants, fast-food chains, or similar establishments.
- Demonstrated ability to handle busy periods, multitask effectively, and stay calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with mobile payment apps, order management systems, or contactless payment technologies is preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
