DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support RM in PNL management, daily sales reconciliation, and expense controls.
- Supervise store operations in RM’s absence; ensure SOP compliance.
- Manage labor scheduling, shift planning, and deployment.
- Enforce food safety and quality standards across dining and kitchen.
- Train and coach supervisors and crew on service, upselling, and brand standards.
- Handle escalated customer complaints with professionalism.
- Prepare shift reports, daily sales reports, and incident documentation.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of Business Management, HRM, or related course.
- 2–3 years of F&B supervisory experience.
- Basic knowledge of PNL reporting and inventory systems.
- Passed Onboarding Training for Operations
