Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Transaction Processing: Accurately scan and bag items, process payments via cash, credit, debit, or digital wallets.
- Cash Handling: Handle cash and give accurate change; ensure the cash register is balanced at the start and end of each shift.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the cashier area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Inventory Management: Assist with restocking shelves or inventory when needed.
- Product Knowledge: Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
- Resolve Issues: Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating to management if necessary.
- Follow Policies and Procedures: Adhere to company policies, including those related to security, pricing, and returns.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations and provide support as needed.
Qualifications
- At least College level
- Preferably with experience in F&B industry
- High degree of integrity & commitment
- Good customer relations
- Physically Healthy
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
