We are seeking a skilled and creative Chef to oversee kitchen operations, develop menus, and ensure the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes. The ideal candidate should have strong culinary skills, leadership experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and present meals according to restaurant standards
- Create and update menus with seasonal and locally sourced ingredients
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, including training and scheduling
- Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to avoid shortages or excess
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment in compliance with health regulations
- Ensure consistent portion control and presentation standards
- Stay updated on food trends and industry developments
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred
