As the Head Chef, you will oversee daily kitchen operations, maintaining high culinary standards and consistent food quality. You will lead the kitchen team and collaborate on menu development to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
As a Sous Chef, you will assist the head chef in overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards in food preparation, menu planning, and staff management. You will supervise the kitchen team, handle inventory control, and ensure adherence to food safety guidelines while stepping in for the head chef as needed.
As a Chef de Partie, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth operations of the kitchen and the timely production of high-quality dishes. From menu preparation, cooking, and presentation to collaborating with the culinary team, you are instrumental in maintaining consistency, excellence, and an outstanding dining experience for our guests.
