Summary of Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Executive Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
- ·Sets standards and maintains food presentation quality in the outlet at all times
- Implementation of health, safety and food hygiene practices
- Managing and training of Commis Chefs
- Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Culinary degree related certificate
- Advanced culinary skills including food preparation, flavor pairings, and other cooking best practices
- Excellent record of kitchen management
- Open for local applicants only with at least 1 year of relevant work experience will be considered
- Must be willing to work at Boracay, Aklan
