Job Description
- cut, trim, debone and portion meat products
- operate cutting equipment/ hand tools
- ensure proper labeling of prices, weights and product descriptions
- follow food safety, hygiene, packaging and rotation of meat products
- inspect meat for quality and report any issues to the supervisor
Qualification:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- experience in meat cutting
- physically fit
