Duties & Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement civil construction projects.
- Develop project scope, design, layout, and cost estimates.
- Prepare schedules, action plans, and purchase requisitions.
- Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, and other teams.
- Manage bidding process and evaluate supplier proposals.
- Lead kick-off meetings and ensure project compliance with standards.
- Monitor progress, validate delays, and verify material deliveries.
- Ensure adherence to acceptance criteria and company policies.
- Prepare completion documents and evaluate supplier performance.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Mechanical Engineer
- Minimum 2 years experience in civil design, construction, and project management
- Knowledgeable in drafting; ISO experience is a plus
- Skilled in project execution, civil codes, and power systems
- Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD (2D), and MS Office
- Strong leadership, HR, and presentation skills
Work Location: Cabuyao, Laguna
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
