YOUR ROLE
You take part in creating the best new hire experience in the project to completely renew our talent acquisition and onboarding process. You also help us with finding the best vendors for recruitment, and managing the a to z collaboration with them.
- Familiarization on Process Related
- Equipment Set-up
- Machine Optimization
- Automation activities related to robots, Auto-reel changer, Digitalization etc
- Special project that will contribute to the assigned area.
- Future Hiring of TnF Technician/ Automation Tech.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
- Enrolled OJT taking-up BS Industrial Technology of any course related to Semiconductor
- Enrolled OJT taking-up BS Engineering of any course related to Semiconductor
- Willing to learn Power BI and 7QC Tools
