We are seeking a dedicated Claims Assistant to join our growing team at ALFC INSURANCE AGENCY CORPORATION.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Daily monitoring of ongoing claims accounts and ensuring that all requirements are complete.
- Assists all new claims and endorses to the insurance provider for processing.
- Communicate with the assured to discuss the procedure of insurance claim and the requirements needed.
- Consistently coordinate with the insurance provider / shop about the status of Letter of Agreement (LOA).
- Monitors policy payment of assured clients.
- Prepares and submit weekly reports of new and ongoing claims.
- Regularly updates the Claims Head on the status of new and ongoing claims.
- Updates the monitoring through Google Sheet of the respective team to keep them informed on the insurance claim status.
- Performs other work-related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS :
- Graduate of any four-year business course.
- Preferably with at least six (6) months related experience.
- With strong analytical, judgment and decision-making skills .
- Self-motivated and has the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Has keen attention to details and has good communication skills.
- Should know proper telephone etiquette/has the ability to handle different personalities well.
- Computer-literate

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
