Job Responsibilities:
- Receives and accepts delivery of supplies, material and equipment, record in QAC Material Acceptance Slip.
- Verifies items received and quantity between their shipping tag and packing slips.
- Maintains records of all stock received.
- Places items received in proper storage areas and in accordance with the established storage system.
- Monitors and audits inventory level of stock item on a daily basis and notifies the Purchasing Department Head when the standard quantity is below minimum.
- Maintains warehouse in a clean and orderly condition.
- Assists with the annual physical year-end inventory of all inventory items
- Release item requested in the approved Stock Requisition and Issuance Slip (SRIS).
- Counterchecks Production Order if the requested materials are tallied in the SRIS.
- Follows up request item to Purchasing Department.
- Performs other task as may be required or assigned.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of vocational courses or any Four (4) year related course
- Must have at least 1 year experience in warehouse job
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, etc)
- Hardworking
- Good Communication skills
- Detail-oriented, patient and honest
- Willing to work flexible hours or overtime when necessary
