Job Objectives
The Claims Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of claims and dispute resolution on construction projects. The role involves identifying potential claims, preparing detailed claim documentation, analyzing contract terms, and working closely with legal teams, contractors, and project stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in claims or dispute resolution in the construction industry. Experience in a Solar power plant is an advantage.
- In-depth understanding of FIDIC, NEC, or other standard forms of contracts.
- Strong knowledge of construction law, delay analysis, and cost claims methodologies.
- Proficiency in planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project) and claims tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage complex issues independently.
- Willing to be assigned in Gapan, Nueva Ecija.
- Willing to accept a Project-based status.
