Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient billing records and healthcare accounts
- Coordinate with the accounting and billing departments to ensure timely processing of payments and reimbursements
- Assist in processing insurance claims and verifying patient information
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide support to patients and healthcare providers regarding billing inquiries
- Handle confidential documents with discretion and follow HIPAA or other data privacy regulations
- Prepare reports related to patient accounts and financial summaries as needed
- Support other departments with clerical tasks as required
Qualifications:
- At least a senior high school diploma; Associate’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Accounting, or Healthcare-related field is an advantage
- Minimum of 1 year of clerical or administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with healthcare billing systems, insurance claims, or medical records is highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
