Job Description:
- Responsible for welcoming customer / patient
- Answering phone calls and inquiries; In-charge with scheduling an appointment. Maintain polite interaction and assistance with the customer / patient
- Ensures availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records.
- Send monthly report to the management for the list of products given to patients along with a survey letter, membership update, and promotional giveaway monitoring.
- Cashiering duties; Handle bank deposits and issuance of receipts
- In charge for submission of daily report to accounting department. Ensure that the documents are completely signed by the OIC before sending the report.
- Maintain inventory and stocks
- In charge of forwarding monthly report for patient’s information to the management. Ensure that patients data are updated and accurate.
- Maintains efficient operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
- Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Performs other functions which may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
Qualifications:
- College graduate of any business or medical related courses
- Must be flexible and willing to be assigned as Clinic Associate at MOA
- Must be organized, detail-oriented and trustworthy
- With good interpersonal and communication skills
- With pleasing personality
- Customer Service experience is an advantage
- Can start immediately
