Duties & Responsibilities:
Customer Delight:
Attend meetings and ensure mobile/onsite activity requests are valid and confirmed.
Prepare necessary documents (MOA, permits, manpower, equipment, transportation, etc.).
Ensure effective communication with all relevant teams.
Oversee activity setup, staffing, and operations to ensure smooth execution.
Monitor funds, ensure correct package handling, and track patient service times.
After the activity, ensure reports, equipment, and specimens are managed, and back-end processing is completed on time.
Address complaints and provide VIP assistance when needed.
LOA Approval:
Approve coverage/benefits and sign Letters of Authorization for procedures and confinement.
Personnel Management:
Prepare work schedules, manage leave schedules, and orient new staff.
Ensure proper staffing and decking of personnel.
Managing Utilization:
Ensure correct entries and validated packages.
Medical/Office Supplies Management:
Monitor medical/office supplies, maintain stock levels, and track monthly utilization.
Preventive Maintenance:
Ensure medical and surgical equipment is maintained and performs regular checks.
Performance Management:
Update staff on healthcare trends, conduct performance appraisals, and submit reports to clinic operations head.
Reports:
Prepare various reports such as medical relievers, petty cash, work schedules, utilization, inventory, and operational expenses.
Other Tasks:
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of a 4 year Bachelor Degree; Medical Course is preferred but not mandatory
Experience Required: At least one-year supervisory experience in onsite operations, preferably from an HMO setting with knowledge in Occupational Health, diagnostic and ICD 10.
