This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinic Manager. The Clinic Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient service delivery and optimal patient care. Responsibilities include staff management, patient coordination, budgeting, maintaining medical records, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The role also involves handling customer service inquiries, organizing staff training sessions, and working closely with the medical team to ensure high standards of care.
Qualifications:
- Preferably graduate of medical-related course
- With updated training is an advantage
- Broad understanding of Healthcare
- Occupational Health and safety
- Knowledge/use of clinical practice/best practice guidelines
- Knowledge of management and leadership principles
- Knowledge of government regulations in the healthcare industry
- At least 1-3 years of experience in the same capacity, preferably gained from the same industry
- Amenable with 8 hours, 5 days duty a week
- Can start immediately onsite
