DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Encoding / Collation / Results
- Ensure correct and completeness of required information data of the patient.
- Creates summary reports as requested by Accounts Team.
- Joins the Onsite Team as needed
- Release results via email for Home Service patients
- Compiles all customer survey results and summarizes.
2. Clinic
- Acts as customer service officer when assigned to the clinic
3. Inventory and Supplies
- Monitors and ensures an adequate stock level of forms and supplies needed.
- Prepares Purchase Request/Requisition for replenishment of supplies.
- Does monthly tracking of supplies and utilization
4. Reports
Accomplishes the following reports:
- Purchase Requisition (monthly)
- Inventory (monthly)
- Summary reports
5. Others
- Maintains order and cleanliness of the work area.
- Joins onsite team activities as needed.
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time, including deployment to other clinics/ events.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of 4-year course, preferably medical course
- Atleast 3 months related work experience
- With knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel, Typing skills and Filing skills
- Good Interpersonal skills, Organizational skills and Attention to details
