PMP Pain Center Corporation is a dynamic PT Clinic established on January 2020. We aim to be the "TOP of Mind" Physical Therapy clinic in the Philippines by having branches in Key Cities nationwide. Currently the team operates 40 clinics covering Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao and employs 100++ Professional Licensed Physical Therapists and Clinic Managers.
About the role
Clinic Manager oversees the daily clinic operations and monitor the overall performance of Licensed Physical Therapists to ensure quality physical therapy service. He/she is expected to lead, and implement management initiatives and objectives, and embodies the core values while exceeding both client and management’s expectations.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Assists and accommodates patients
· Coordinates schedule of patients with the physical therapist in charge
· Handles complaints and provides solution based on the company’s standards
· Handles company’s Facebook page competently with compassion
· Disseminates management’s initiatives
· Monitors inventory of supplies
· Manages and reports Licensed Physical Therapists’ performance
· Processes HMOs (partner health care insurance) which includes accurate billing and transmittal
· Monitors collection of payments
· Deposits sales on a daily basis
· Ensures proper encoding of patient’s transactions on Healthblocks 360 system
· Submits timely and accurate reports to the management
Candidate requirements
· Must be a four-year course graduate
· Has good leadership, problem-solving and communication skills
· Enthusiastic learner and adaptable to change
· Goal-oriented, analytical, decisive, and organized
· Trust worthy
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
