We are looking for an experienced Clinic Supervisor to lead daily operations and ensure smooth delivery of outpatient services in a well-established healthcare facility. This role is ideal for licensed healthcare professionals who bring leadership, service orientation, and clinical expertise to a patient-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day clinic operations, including staff management, patient flow, and administrative tasks.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality medical services and a seamless patient experience.
- Monitor compliance with clinic protocols, safety standards, and healthcare regulations.
- Lead and coach clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure performance and service excellence.
- Handle scheduling, inventory, incident reporting, and coordination with physicians and other departments.
- Address patient concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a responsive and caring environment.
Qualifications:
- Licensed healthcare professional (PRC) or graduate of a related allied medical course.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Organized, goal-oriented, and capable of managing operational priorities.
- Skilled in team coaching, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
- Service-driven with a high degree of professionalism in patient and team interactions.
