Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and organized Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility. The Clinic Manager will ensure efficient clinic functioning, maintain high standards of patient care, manage staff, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of healthcare management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Supervise and coordinate clinical and administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards to improve clinic efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Manage patient scheduling, billing, and record-keeping processes.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA).
- Monitor clinic budgets, expenses, and financial performance; prepare reports for senior management.
- Foster a welcoming and professional environment for patients and staff.
- Address patient concerns and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize clinical workflows and patient care outcomes.
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring proper stock levels.
- Stay updated on healthcare regulations and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in clinic management or healthcare administration.
