POSITION OVERVIEW:
Lead and manage multiple motorcycle dealerships within a designated cluster, overseeing sales, service, and operations to achieve business objectives and financial targets.
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth, increase market share, and enhance customer satisfaction across the cluster.
Recruit, train, and mentor dealership staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and employee engagement.
Monitor dealership performance metrics and KPIs, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans accordingly.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing and promotional initiatives to drive traffic to the dealerships and increase brand visibility.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, as well as regulatory requirements governing dealership operations.
Foster positive relationships with customers, vendors, and community partners to strengthen the dealership's reputation and enhance customer loyalty.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities, and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
