1. Recruitment and Staffing
· Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain qualified candidates.
· Coordinate with department heads to determine manpower requirements.
· Ensure timely onboarding and orientation of new employees.
2. Employee Relations and Engagement
· Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, ensuring fair resolution in line with company policies.
· Foster a positive work environment to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
· Implement employee engagement activities and programs.
3. HR Operations and Compliance
· Supervise HR administration including timekeeping, payroll coordination, benefits, and personnel records.
· Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies.
· Conduct audits of HR files and ensure data privacy and integrity.
4. Performance Management
· Oversee the performance appraisal process to ensure fairness and consistency.
· Provide guidance and coaching to employees and supervisors in addressing performance issues.
· Recommend training and development initiatives to address performance gaps.
5. Policy Development and Implementation
· Assist in formulating and updating HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
· Communicate and enforce company rules and regulations consistently across all branches.
6. Training and Development
· Identify training needs and coordinate with training providers.
· Support career development initiatives and succession planning.
7. Multi-Branch HR Oversight
· Handle HR functions not only at the main office but also across other branches of Nurture Wellness Village Inc.
· Conduct regular visits, monitoring, and HR audits at assigned branches.
· Ensure consistent implementation of HR standards and policies across all locations.
