Collection Manager

The role of Collection Manager is critical in maintaining healthy financial operations by effectively managing collections and contributing to the organization’s success.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the collections team’s daily operations
• Develop and implement collection strategies to minimize delinquency and produce results
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to collections
• Supervise and motivate the collections team to achieve collection targets.
• Negotiate payment arrangements with delinquent customers and handle complex cases with proper resolution
• Review and update collection policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulation
• Generate reports on debt aging and collections performance for business review

Requirements and Skills

• At least 2 years proven leadership experience in collections management (managerial) or 5 years senior team leader focused on collections management
• Amenable to working on-site in Bacolod City
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong team management and coaching skills, having a track record of managing, coaching, and developing collection teams is an edge
• Good with numbers—can track performance and improve results, Strong reporting and performance analytics background
• Can communicate well with both the team and the client (client-facing)
• Ability to design and improve workflows, call strategies, and QA procedures
• Knows how to make sure the team follows collection rules and quality standards, enforce compliance

Extra qualities

• Background in telecom collections or BPO 3rd party collections
• Experience using dialers, collection tools, and reporting dashboards
• A motivator who can keep the team driven and focused

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
