Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Invoice Management:

• Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment.
• Resolve any billing discrepancies or disputes with clients.

Cash Collection:

• Contact clients to collect outstanding payments via phone, email, or other communication methods.
• Record and reconcile incoming payments in the accounting system.

Account Reconciliation:

• Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of accounts receivable records.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts receivable.

Reporting:

• Prepare and present regular reports on accounts receivable status, aging, and collection efforts.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve the accounts receivable process.

Compliance and Documentation:

• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all accounts receivable activities.

Qualifications

Education:

• College degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable, cash collection, or a related role.
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).

Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
