Key Responsibilities
US Based collections agents - third party debt collection agency, that caters about all delinquent account from different services such as water, heater, loans , car loans, bank loan, electric bill, roger composed of two phone and cable
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- At least 3-6 months experience in BPO CSR (mix of outbound and inbound)
- Preferably those who worked in financial campaigns (Collections)
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and computer
- Able to multi-task
