Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Commercial Property Management Support professional with experience supporting US property management operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, especially in professional letter writing, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Familiarity with Yardi Voyager or Elevate systems is advantageous but not required. This role offers a great opportunity for someone looking to grow a long-term career in property management support.
Key Responsibilities:
Tenant Correspondence:
Draft, proofread, and manage tenant letters such as rent increase notifications, welcome letters, and other official communications.Ledger Management:
Research and review tenant ledgers for accuracy, identifying errors or omissions based on lease agreements.Payables Management:
Enter property management payables with accuracy and timeliness.Administrative Support:
Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by the management team to support smooth operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Drive.Knowledge of property management terminology (e.g., tenant ledgers, delinquency, 3-day notices, rent CAM).
Excellent professional communication skills with strong letter-writing ability, including using templates.
Detail-oriented with excellent proofreading and organizational skills.
Analytical mindset with understanding of workflows and project management principles.
Self-starter with a proactive and positive attitude.
Commitment to long-term career growth and development within the company.
Prior experience supporting US-based property management operations is preferred.
Preferred (Not Required):
Experience with Yardi Voyager, Elevate, or similar property management software.
