Job Objectives
The Commissioning Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all Solar power plant commissioning activities to ensure that systems and components are designed, installed, and tested, and the project requirements are met. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in commissioning, project management, or construction in a Solar power plant.
- Proven track record in managing complex commissioning activities.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Effective leadership and communication skills.
- Willing to be assigned in Gapan, Nueva Ecija.
- Willing to accept a Project-based status.
