-Administer first aid and emergency medical care to employees onsite.
-Monitor and manage health concerns, including common illnesses and injuries.
-Maintain accurate medical records and health reports of all employees.
-Coordinate with healthcare providers and facilitate medical appointments as needed.
-Support company wellnes initiatives and campaigns.
-Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health standards (DOLE regulations)
-Assist HR in managing health-related documentation, such as pre-employment medical requirements and sick leave verifications.
-Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
-Provide consultation and health education for employees.
-Registered Nurse with active PRC License
-Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a company nurse or in clinical practice.
-BOSH Certification (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) is an advantage.
