Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first aid and emergency care: Administering basic first aid to employees in case of injuries or sudden illnesses.
- Conduct health assessments: Performing pre-employment and annual physical examinations and assessing employee health needs.
- Develop and implement health programs: Creating and executing health and safety programs, including wellness initiatives, vaccination campaigns, and health education seminars.
- Maintain employee health records: Keeping accurate and confidential records of employee health information.
- Assess workplace health risks: Identifying potential hazards in the workplace and recommending solutions to minimize risks.
- Educate employees on health and safety: Providing information on healthy lifestyle choices, disease prevention, and workplace safety practices.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers: Referring employees to specialists or other healthcare facilities when necessary and collaborating with company doctors.
- Monitor employee health status: Tracking employee health conditions and ensuring they are receiving appropriate care.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations: Adhering to relevant occupational health and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe sick bay: Ensuring the clinic or designated area for healthcare is well-stocked and organized.
- Participate in health and safety committees: Collaborating with other stakeholders to promote a healthy and safe work environment.
- Provide guidance and support to employees: Offering advice and support to employees on health-related matters.
- Assist with worker's compensation claims: Supporting employees in the process of filing and managing workers' compensation claims.
- Monitor and manage inventory of medical supplies: Ensuring the clinic or medical area has adequate supplies.
- Facilitate health reminders and tips: Promoting health and wellness through regular communication.
- Coordinate with HR and other departments: Working with other departments to ensure employee health needs are met.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
