Responsibilities:
- Provide immediate and appropriate medical care to employees in case of injury or illness within the workplace.
- Conduct regular health assessments and screenings.
- Administer first aid and emergency treatments.
- Collaborate with external healthcare providers when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Assist in the development and implementation of health and wellness programs.
- Be amenable to take on administrative responsibilities as needed.
- Must be willing to work on-site.
Additional Medical-Related Responsibilities:
- Validate and manage Medical Certificates.
- Monitor and update the clinic tracker regularly.
- Safeguard and organize medical records.
- Distribute HMO cards to eligible employees.
- Aid during medical events and activities.
- Disseminate health-related bulletins regularly.
Office Health and Safety Responsibilities:
- Serve as the point person/representative for Health & Safety matters in the workplace.
- Perform safety walks weekly to identify and address potential hazards.
- Lead and encourage employees to participate in evacuation drills (fire, earthquake) and ensure accurate postmortem reports.
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and Safety and Health Regulations and Standards.
- Review accidents and provide suggestions to prevent similar future incidents.
- Execute an effective safety, hazard control, and industrial hygiene program, including solid waste disposal monitoring.
- Evaluate risks and hazards, suggesting corrective actions.
- Assign responsibilities and update safety organizational charts as needed.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with a valid license.
- BOSH Training a plus but not required.
- Proven experience as a nurse in a corporate or industrial setting is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle medical emergencies with composure and efficiency.
- Willingness to undertake administrative tasks when required.
- Familiarity with occupational health and safety standards.
- Proficient in basic computer skills.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to employee well-being.
