Key Responsibilities of a Company Nurse/HR:
- Medical Assistance:Providing first aid, managing minor injuries and illnesses, coordinating with healthcare providers, and maintaining employee medical records.
- Health and Safety:Implementing and monitoring health and safety programs, conducting health assessments, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- HR Support:Assisting with employee benefits administration (HMO, SSS, PhilHealth, etc.), maintaining employee records, and supporting HR initiatives.
- Compliance:Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards, as well as other relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Wellness Programs:Developing and implementing health and wellness programs to promote employee well-being.
- Administrative Tasks:Managing medical supplies, maintaining files, and assisting with other administrative duties as needed.
Specific Tasks May Include:
- Administering basic health screenings (blood pressure, temperature checks).
- Coordinating annual physical exams and vaccinations.
- Maintaining and updating employee medical records.
- Assisting with return-to-work processes after illness or injury.
- Participating in health and safety meetings.
- Assisting with SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG filings.
- Ensuring proper documentation and reporting of accidents and incidents.
- Supporting the company's overall health and safety programs.
- Assist is Company orientation and policy cascades
- Assist in record-keeping and other clerical tasks
Qualifications:
- Must be a recently fledged Registered Nurse
- Willing to work in a 3-year Individual Service Contract
- Can work well with minimal supervision.
- Creative, detail oriented and organized
- With good verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledgeable in basic Microsoft software (Excel & Word)
- Willing to be trained under OHNAP (Company-shouldered training)
