- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Support employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Administer employee benefits and leave programs.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Assist in performance review cycles and training initiatives.
- Support HR projects and policy development.
- Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries.
