- Patient Records Management:
- Maintain accurate and confidential health records for employees.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices.
- Validate and assess medical certificates submitted by employees.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to verify the authenticity and relevance of medical documentation.
- Injury and Illness Management:
- Provide immediate care for workplace injuries and illnesses.
- Manage follow-up care, rehabilitation, and return-to-work plans.
- Health Education:
- Educate employees on health and safety practices to prevent occupational illnesses and injuries.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of BS Nursing; preferably with a valid PRC license
- Proven experience as a Corporate Nurse, preferably in an industrial or corporate setting
- Familiar with occupational health regulations and best practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and BOSH certification are highly preferred for this role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels
- Ability to make informed decisions in emergency situations
- Amenable to work in rotational shifting schedule
