QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any social-science related course.
- At least Two (2) years experience handling employee benefits HR facet.
JOB SUMMARY:
- Responsible in ensuring the government statutory benefits of employees (SSS, PAGIBIG, PHILHEALTH).
- Ensures employees' awareness for the government statutory policies, guidelines and procedures during availment.
- Facilitates in discrepancy alignment for related concerns regarding statutory benefits.
- Facilitates company-initiated benefits for employees.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
