Position Overview:
The Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring that the organization adheres to legal, regulatory, and internal policies. This role safeguards the company’s integrity by monitoring compliance risks, implementing effective controls, and promoting a culture of compliance across all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
- Monitor and assess business operations for adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance and ethical standards.
- Investigate potential compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare and submit required compliance reports to management and regulators.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices
