Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end product delivery by leveraging on configuration service capabilities to achieve time to market objective
Ensure that the design, deployment and overall performance of all IT system and service configuration items are effective and adhere to IT standards and best practices
Assess simple-medium, standard products and service request demands ensuring all requirements and required documents are complete and correct for implementation.
Prepare, configure and endorses all received requests to all implementing IT teams, 3rd party vendors/ Managed Services and monitors implementation within the agreed SLA.
Works closely with Network, IT & Managed Service Operations in investigation of all configuration related concerns, issue resolution, improve service delivery timelines and compliance monitoring.
Works closely with the Business Partnering team to understand the demands, help with prioritization and scheduling, and drive the engagement with the vendor
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any IT related course.
At least 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst with Programming or Development.
Can start immediately.

Pay: Up to Php50,000.00 per month
