Job Requirements.
- Must have at least 3 to 5 years of work experience related to the job
- Must be a graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- Must be a Licensed Architect
- Must have experience in a construction set-up.
- Experience as an estimating and quantity surveyor is a plus
- Knowledgeable in Construction Software, such as ProCore
- With experience handling high-rise residential buildings, hotels, Commercial, and BPO projects
- Experience in preparing reports, monitoring, and presentations.
- Experience in Schedule Management.
- The candidate must demonstrate strong communication skills.

- Excellent knowledge and skills in architecture and construction.
- Adept understanding and experience working with Facade projects and Interior Fit-out.
- Strong experience in High-Rise renovation and commercial projects.
- Proven experience in procurement and vendor sourcing.
- Familiarity with Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E).
- Experience in exterior and interior fit-out works.
- Highly Focused on Construction over Design.
