Project Architect Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the execution of architectural works on-site.
- Ensure project milestones are met within schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to resolve construction issues.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulations.
- Monitor progress and prepare regular reports on project status, risks, and challenges.
- Ensure proper documentation and control of contracts, permits, and change orders.
- Assist in project budgeting, procurement, and resource planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Licensed Architect
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month

- Evening shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
