Qualifications:
- Graduate of Civil Engineering.
- At least 8 years of experience in the construction field.
- Licensed professionals is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise admin & subcontractor teams, schedules, and resources
- Monitor progress, conduct quality inspections & ensure compliance with specs
- Coordinate with clients, PMs, vendors, and suppliers for timelines & budgets
- Oversee site facilities setup, address site issues & resolve conflicts promptly
- Implement cost-effective management techniques to avoid scope creep
- Maintain daily site logs and adjust operations to meet deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
