JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Managing the brand’s Tiktok page by ensuring that the flow of video contents are consistent with the brand image.
- Be the face of the brand. Appear in the content videos such as client and influencer interviews, engagement and lifestyle type of videos.
- Help the Marketing Supervisor develop and implement brand product strategies catered to the market inclined in the Tiktok platform and its insights.
- Develop a content calendar of engaging video contents including its conceptualization, copies, caption, and publishing.
- Engage with the prospects’ comments in the platform, respond to their inquiries, and smoothly transfer them to Key Accounts.
- Collaborate with Marketing Supervisor in planning and creating ads campaigns and contents depending on its goal and based on Tiktok insights.
- Track key insights and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management, highlighting completions and upcoming activities.
- Work closely with co-marketing members and other teams to align social media efforts with overall objectives.
- Must be up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the Tiktok platform.
- Uphold ethical standards in content creation and engagement.
- Willing to be assigned in 2 Offices (Pasig Office & BGC Office)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- Strong experience in managing and strategizing brand platforms particularly in Tiktok.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating previous work in content strategy, including writing, editing, and content planning.
- Ability to craft and implement content strategies that align with company goals and target audience needs.
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends, including social media platforms and content formats (blogs, videos, podcasts, infographics, etc.).
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Team player who thrives in collaborative environments.
- Knowledge in content writing, copywriting, and scripts for videos.
- Experience in voice-over for minor videos is a plus.
- Exposure in a specific industry (e.g., luxary brands, retail, fragrance, e-commerce) is a plus.
