Digital Marketing Execution
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with the agent’s goals
- Manage social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and Google My Business
- Oversee email marketing campaigns using CRM platforms
- Optimize agent listings and content for SEO visibility
Content Creation & Management
- Assist in writing property descriptions, blog posts, captions, and client email content
- Edit videos using CapCut (or similar tools) with captions, transitions, animations, and music
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form videos and reels
- Collaborate on new content ideas that align with the agent’s brand and audience
Paid Advertising & Campaign Management
- Support setup and management of PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and more)
- Monitor ad performance, optimize based on data, and assist with budget tracking
- Conduct keyword research and audience segmentation for campaign targeting
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track KPIs such as engagement, CTR, lead conversions, CPA, etc.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights
- Suggest improvements based on analytics and market trends
Administrative Marketing Support
- Organize marketing files and assets in Google Drive
- Schedule and automate social media content
- Stay updated on digital trends, especially in the real estate space
Experience and Proficiency
- Proven experience in digital/content marketing (real estate preferred)
- Skilled in video editing and creating engaging social content
- Strong understanding of SEO, email marketing, and digital strategy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with project management ability
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for trends and visuals
- Proactive and independent; able to work solo with minimal supervision
- Worked with solo agents, realtors, or small real estate teams
- Familiarity with real estate terminology and transaction flow
- Experience managing paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
Tools
- AI Tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for content ideation and scripting
- CapCut or similar video editing software
- Canva for graphic and visual design
- Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, Google My Business, LinkedIn
- Familiarity with CRMs like KVCore, Follow Up Boss, or similar is a plus
