Responsible for streamlining processes, ensuring efficiency and process compliance

Duties and Responsibilities

Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to optimize operational processes.
Collaborate with PMI and Operations teams to identify inefficiencies and implement cost-effective solutions.
Develop and maintain Master Operating Plan or Operational Blueprint by updating SOPs and working instructions in collaboration with stakeholders.
Conduct regular GEMBA Walks and training sessions to educate teams on continuous improvement tools and techniques.
Facilitate root cause analysis and problem-solving sessions to address operational challenges.
Monitor progress of continuous improvement projects and report key outcomes to leadership.
Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging engagement in change management activities.
Benchmark internal processes against industry standards to ensure alignment with best practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
3–5 years’ experience in continuous or process improvement, preferably in logistics.
Certification in Lean Six Sigma is an advantage.
Proven track record in leading process improvement projects.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and performance monitoring tools.
