Contracts and Client Services Coordinator
Position Overview:We are seeking a Contracts and Client Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This position is responsible for managing client records, processing and monitoring contracts, tracking payment statuses, and ensuring smooth coordination between our client managers and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage client service agreements and contracts.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all clients (study, skilled migration, PR).
- Monitor client payment schedules, issue reminders for overdue payments, and coordinate with the accounts team.
- Work closely with Client Managers to provide real-time updates on client status, documents, and compliance.
- Create and maintain reports for management on contract status, payment tracking, and client progress.
- Support the implementation of efficient filing, documentation, and record-keeping systems.
- Perform other administrative tasks to support service delivery and team coordination.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in admin, coordination, or customer support roles preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy and proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive), CRM tools, and digital contract platforms (DocuSign, PandaDoc, etc.).
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
