Under the direct supervision of the hotel’s Chef De Partie. This position is responsible for the food service operations and ensures food preparations of highest quality in section assigned while adhering to standards for food storage and usage.
Job Requirements:
- Completion of at least 2 years in college, or a diploma or certificate in Cookery, Culinary or any related course
- At least 1 year working experience in a hotel or a restaurant
