DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Inform and coordinates with Dispatchers on the daily booking of trucks
Coordinates with depot personnel on the status of truck arrival
Ensure that truckers comply with the Good Delivery Practices (GDP) and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) requirement of customer.
Reports any non-compliance of truckers on the loading and delivery procedures.
Provides reports on the daily status of truck allocation and arrival at the assigned depot
Assist POD in the clearing of documents. Process delivery documents clearing on-time following the standard lead-time given by customer.
Supervise the loading and unloading of goods to ensure that they are being handled safely and correctly to avoid damages, delays and costs.
Check completeness and accuracy of truckers documents. Ensure the declarations are correct.
Assist truckers with their concern during loading/unloading at the warehouse. Ensure immediate respond to issues and problem.
Attend on customer needs.
Represent Proficere on meetings if necessary
Issue necessary requirements of truckers like Gas PO and Truck Allowance as needed.
To perform the task to be assigned by superior from time to time as required to perform effectively the function.
