- Graduate of Business, Marketing and related field
- Proven experience in a customer service (minimum of 1-2 years’ experience is preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Able to multitask and work under pressure
- Able to work during UK/EU business hours
- Ability to speak German/Deutsch is a plus, but not required
