- Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course
- Preferably with at least 5 years’ experience in corporate planning or any related fields, at least 2 years of which in budgeting/business planning, preferably in a banking environment
- With excellent analytical and communication skills (both oral and written)
- Knowledgeable in computer applications, especially Microsoft Excel (or similar)
- Competent in financial accounting and analysis
- With leadership potential and organizational skills
- Must have a high degree of versatility/flexibility, resourcefulness, creativity and innovativeness and tolerance
- With good interpersonal skills / With good presentation skills
- Good negotiation skills are a plus
- Provides support to the Corporate Planning Department Head in the development of budget, business plans, short-medium term financial projections, monitoring/reporting of corporate performance against plans, industry benchmark and competitors, business intelligence, preparation of feasibility studies and position papers, and implementation of strategic and critical projects as may be assigned.
